The Power Of Colon Cleansing
Having a clean colon is one of the most powerful ways to stay healthy. This 5 to 6 foot long part of your anatomy is where your solid waste products end up before being expelled.
In it’s cleansing process your body sends all sorts of waste here. So your colon can become full of bacteria, germs, and toxins as well as fiber and other indigestible waste from your diet.
A healthy colon will normally move solid waste material out within about twenty four hours or less of you eating a meal. If your colon is healthy you won’t be straining on the toilet either. Everything will happen easily with no pain or strain.
Unfortunately, due to the modern diet of most people in the Western world the solid waste in your colon will often stay there too long. And the longer it stays the more it will poison your body. If you don’t move this solid waste through and out of your body soon enough, the bacteria, germs, and harmful toxins can leak through the thin colon walls back where you don’t want it. It’s when this happens that a wide variety of health problems can occur.
If you’re not having an easy bowel movement on a regular basis (preferably twice per day) or if you strain or take time for each movement then you are constipated. If you’re constipated it means your colon is back-up with waste material which can make you sick.
